How long until my portrait arrives?
Within 24 hours of checkout, our team reviews your photo and starts your portrait. Within 48 hours you get a digital proof by email. You approve it (or request any tweaks — unlimited free revisions). Once approved, we print and ship in 3-5 business days. Typical doorstep arrival: 7-10 days in the US, 10-14 days international.
What kind of photo should I send?
Good lighting (natural daylight is best), eye-level with your dog, a clear close-up of their face with nothing cropped off (especially ears!), and not blurry. Background doesn't matter — we remove it. If your photo won't work, we'll email you right away and help you pick a better one.
Can I request changes before you print?
Always. Every order includes a free digital proof before anything goes to print. Want the background warmer? Their collar a different color? Slightly more of that goofy smile? Just reply to the proof email. Unlimited revisions are included, free, every time.
What if my dog looks nothing like the portrait?
That won't happen — but if it does, it's on us. We'll remake the portrait from scratch at no charge, and if you're still not happy we'll refund you 100%. Our team reviews every single proof before print. You're not paying until you love it.
Can I include two (or three) dogs in one portrait?
Yes! Multi-dog portraits are one of our most-requested gifts. Just let us know in the Instructions box at checkout — tell us each dog's name and which photo is which. Up to 2 dogs at no extra charge; 3+ dogs has a small custom fee we'll quote in the proof.
Is my photo safe and private?
100%. Your photo is only used to create your portrait and is never shared, sold, or used in marketing without your explicit permission. You can ask us to delete it after your order ships, and we will. We're dog people, not creeps.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and most of Europe. International delivery typically takes 10-14 business days once your proof is approved. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and product.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us a photo within 7 days and we'll remake and reship a replacement — free, no return required. We use tracked shipping and careful packaging, but the mail isn't always gentle and we've got you covered if something goes sideways.
