Welcome to All Dogs Rock Shop (alldogsrockshop.com). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Custom products

Our products are made to order from the photo(s) you upload. You'll receive a free digital proof by email before anything is printed, with unlimited free revisions. Production begins only after you approve your proof.

2. Your photo

By uploading a photo you confirm you own it or have permission to use it, and you grant us a limited license to use it solely to create, proof, and produce your order. We never sell your photo or use it in marketing without your explicit permission, and you may ask us to delete it after your order ships.

3. Artwork

Portrait artwork is created by our team using AI-assisted illustration reviewed by a human before proofing. The finished artwork on your product is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in USD and may change at any time; the price at checkout is the price you pay. In the rare case of an obvious listing error we may cancel and fully refund the order.

5. Delivery, remakes & refunds

6. Acceptable use

Please don't upload images that are unlawful, infringing, or depict people without their consent. We may decline and refund any order at our discretion.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
