How does this work?
Go to the Create Your Portrait page: pick a product (mug, canvas, sherpa blanket, sweatshirt, hoodie, desk mat, or coaster set), pick a style, and upload your dog's photo right there — up to 3 photos. Then tap ✨ Show Me MY Dog's Portrait for a free instant preview of your dog in the style — approve the one you love, or just check out as normal and we'll email your proof. No emailing required.
When do I see the artwork?
Instantly! On the Create Your Portrait page, tap “Show Me MY Dog's Portrait” after uploading — in about 30 seconds you see YOUR dog in your chosen style, on the product, before you buy. Approve it and our artist finishes that artwork at print resolution. Prefer tweaks or skipped the preview? You still get a free digital proof by email within 48 hours, with unlimited free revisions. Nothing is printed until you approve it.
How long until it arrives?
After you approve your proof, we print and ship in 3–5 business days with tracking. Typical doorstep arrival is 7–10 days in the US.
How much is shipping?
$7.99 flat anywhere in the US — and FREE on orders over $75.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship within the United States. International is coming soon; contact us and we'll let you know when we reach your country.
What kind of photo works best?
Everyday phone photos work great — our AI corrects for dim indoor light, dusk shots and odd angles. For the very best likeness: decent lighting, roughly eye level, face and ears clearly visible, not blurry. Adding 2–3 photos of the same dog sharpens the likeness even more. The background (and any leash or harness) doesn't matter — we remove it. If your photo won't work, we'll email you right away.
Can I put two or three dogs in one portrait?
Yes! Upload up to 3 photos in the builder and tell us each dog's name in the Instructions box. Up to 2 dogs at no extra charge; 3+ has a small custom fee we'll quote in your proof.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a shipping-confirmation email with a tracking link the moment your order ships. You can also check your order status any time from that email. Can't find it? Contact us and we'll resend it.
What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us a photo within 7 days and we'll remake and reship free — no return needed. Still not happy? Full refund. See our Refund Policy.
Is my photo private?
Your photo is used only to create your portrait — never sold or used in marketing without your permission. Ask us to delete it after your order ships, and we will.
