Timeline
- Within 24 hours of ordering: our team reviews your photo and starts your portrait.
- Instant preview: most customers generate and approve their dog's artwork right on the site before ordering — that approved artwork is what we print.
- Within 48 hours: whether or not you used the instant preview, you receive a free digital proof by email to confirm. Unlimited free revisions until you love it.
- After you approve the proof: we print and ship in 3–5 business days with tracked delivery.
Rates & delivery
- Standard US shipping: $7.99 flat — typically 7–10 days on your doorstep after proof approval.
- FREE standard shipping on orders over $75. (Expedited carrier options, when shown at checkout, are priced separately.)
Where we ship & where we print
We currently ship within the United States, and orders are printed by our US-based production partners. International shipping is coming soon — drop us a note on the contact page and we'll email you the moment we reach your country.
