The All Dogs Rock Happy Guarantee

Every portrait order includes a free digital proof (or the artwork you approved in the on-site preview) before we print anything, with unlimited free revisions. You approve the artwork first — so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

If something isn't right

• Arrived damaged or defective: email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll remake and reship a replacement free of charge. No return shipping needed.
• The portrait doesn't look like your dog: we'll remake it from scratch at no charge. If you're still not happy after the remake, we'll refund you 100%.
• Wrong item or size received: we'll send the correct item free and you keep the original.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Because every item is custom-printed with your dog's photo, we can't accept change-of-mind returns after the proof has been approved and printed — but our remake-or-refund guarantee above always applies to quality problems.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund any time before you approve your proof. After approval your order goes to print, and the guarantee above takes over.
